Job summary

Unbound Now is seeking a CSEY Care Coordinator in Travis County, hybrid, for full-time exempt employment funded by a grant. The role supports a Texas Model for Care Coordination for Commercially Sexually Exploited Youth, coordinating regional partners to deliver trauma-informed, non-punitive community-based services to identified youth survivors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field required.
• Experience working with youth who have experienced commercial exploitation preferred.
• Trauma-informed care training or experience highly valued.
• Ability to facilitate consensus among regional partners and coordinate with multiple agencies.

Responsibilities

• Build consensus among regional partner agencies to establish protocols.
• Implement care coordination program regionally following CSTT expectations.
• Share 24/7 remote care coordination line with co-Care Coordinator.
• Complete CSE-ITs as needed and secure release of information and consent.
