Travis County Health and Human Services (HHS) is seeking a full-time Case Worker to join our Central office in Austin and serve the community with compassion and professional excellence.

You will interview clients, assess needs, determine eligibility, and coordinate with partner agencies while maintaining strict confidentiality and quality records. This role offers a hybrid schedule, strong benefits, and opportunities to make a meaningful impact daily.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in social/behavioral sciences and 2+ years in social services.
• Alternatively, any combination of education and experience equivalent to the stated requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Interviews clients, collects documents, and determines eligibility for assistance.
• Provides case management and crisis intervention support.
• Coordinates with service agencies and advocates on behalf of clients.
• Maintains records, prepares reports, and ensures program compliance.
• May assist in outreach, education, and staff training.
