Job summary

The Children's Advocacy Center of Hampshire County seeks a part-time CSEC Coordinator & Online Safety Specialist to lead responses to at-risk youth and exploited children. You will serve as the internal subject-matter expert on online exploitation, coordinate with multisector teams, and provide trauma-informed advocacy and resource navigation for families.

You will also develop education for youth, caregivers, and professionals, track trends, and engage in statewide coalitions while maintaining

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Experience in victim advocacy, child welfare, or related field.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated digital fluency and ability to learn unfamiliar platforms independently.
  • Ability to collaborate across disciplines and represent the CAC professionally.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate CAC's response to CSEC, trafficking, online exploitation, and related referrals; serve as primary point of contact.
  • Attend forensic interviews, team meetings, and facilitate case coordination as needed.
  • Coordinate with law enforcement, DCF, prosecutors, schools, medical and mental health providers, and partners.
  • Provide trauma-informed advocacy, resource navigation, and ongoing support to families; connect to services.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to schedule therapy and assess needs; collect developmental history.
  • Provide psychoeducational information about trauma and treatment models to families.
  • Maintain accurate case documentation and program data.
