Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust.
• Five or more years of professional experience, including direct project management leadership of complex federal/state/human services initiatives.
• Experience coordinating across federal staff, state IV-D agencies, vendors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Project Manager for child support modernization initiatives and lead day-to-day project execution.
• Coordinate with federal staff, state IV-D agencies, technology partners, and project teams.
• Provide strategic direction to modernization planning, implementation oversight, risk management, and long-term program effectiveness.
• Oversee risk, issue, and dependency management and track resolution.
• Lead planning and facilitation for interviews, workshops, and stakeholder engagements.
• Review executive briefs, dashboards, and portfolio analyses for client-ready deliverables.
