Guidehouse Inc. is seeking a qualified professional to support federal child support technology modernization and program operations from its McLean, VA location.

You will join a multidisciplinary team to plan, implement, and certify modernization efforts, working closely with federal staff, state IV-D agencies, and technology partners. The role emphasizes analysis, stakeholder engagement, and executive communication.

Qualifications

• Must have the ability to pass a federal background check to serve in a position of public trust.
• Bachelor's Degree and relevant experience in child support programs or related federal initiatives.
• Five (5) or more years of professional experience in supporting child support (IV-D) programs, state child support agencies, or federal child support initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support federal initiatives focused on child support technology modernization, program operations, and systems transformation.
• Collaborate with federal staff, state IV-D agencies, technology partners, and project teams to improve modernization planning and implementation.
• Provide subject matter expertise on child support enforcement programs, operations, and technology modernization initiatives.
• Support planning, implementing, and assessing child support system modernization efforts.
• Review and analyze APDs, feasibility studies, certification materials, modernization roadmaps, and procurement strategies.
• Develop modernization frameworks, playbooks, procurement guidance, reusable assets, and knowledge management resources.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, listening sessions, and engagement activities.
• Analyze modernization portfolios, project performance, certification readiness, financial data, governance structures, and risks.
• Develop executive briefings, reports, and strategic communications for decision makers.
• Collaborate with data, technology, and program teams to identify modernization opportunities and best practices across states.
