Guidehouse is seeking an Associate Director, Data & Process Modernization, to lead a federal HCM modernization initiative. You will supervise design, implementation, and adoption of enterprise data products, governance, and integration architectures across HR systems for a major federal agency.

You will advise federal executives and HR leadership, guide data strategy, oversee data engineering, governance, and change management, and lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver measurable business
