Job summary
Guidehouse is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to serve as a subject matter expert in child support enforcement and technology modernization. You will work with federal staff, state IV-D agencies, and partners to advance modernization, planning, and certification efforts, while producing strategic analyses and guidance.

Qualifications
- Must have 5+ years of professional experience supporting child support (IV-D) programs or related federal/state initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in human services or related field preferred; Master’s degree desirable.
- Experience developing executive-level communications, reports, briefing materials, and presentations.
Responsibilities
- Provide SME insights on child support enforcement programs and technology modernization.
- Support planning, implementation, and assessment of modernization efforts with federal and state partners.
- Develop dashboards, APD reviews, and implementation materials for portfolio transparency.
- Prepare executive briefings, strategic communications, and decision memoranda.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify modernization opportunities and risks.
