Job summary

Opportunities for Williamson & Burnet Counties is seeking a Case Manager to perform CSBG-related case management duties. The role reports to the Program Director and operates under moderate supervision with limited independence, judgment, discretion, and initiative, supporting clients through service delivery plans and coordinated resources.

Qualifications

Experience in case management or social services.
Ability to develop and monitor Service Delivery Plans.
Strong communication and advocacy skills.
Knowledge of TDHCA CSBG and TAC rules.

Responsibilities

Maintain current knowledge of TDHCA CSBG and TAC rule changes to support the Community Services program.
Perform monthly TDHCA CSBG performance reporting due the 5th of each month.
Maintain contact with each client for a minimum of one hour per month and tailor Service Delivery Plans.
Provide budget counseling and money management coaching to clients.
Guide career development with wraparound services and contacts.
Assist with job-search coaching, resume building, and accountability for goals.
Be available by call, email, text, or in-person during business hours.
