Church World Service, Inc. Lancaster office is seeking a Case Manager for Economic Empowerment to assess employment needs, provide individualized job counseling, and support clients toward financial self-sufficiency.

You will collaborate with program staff and maintain confidential records to drive successful placements. Responsibilities include coordinating with partners, facilitating access to housing, healthcare, and education resources, and delivering trauma-informed, culturally responsive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, psychology, public health, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of case management or direct service experience.
• Strong understanding of trauma-informed, strength-based, and culturally responsive care.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage diverse caseloads and work effectively under pressure.
• Knowledge of local community resources and social service systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and case management software.

Responsabilités

• Client Support & Case Management: conduct intake assessments, develop service plans, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed.
• Coordination & Referrals: maintain relationships with community partners and connect clients to relevant programs.
• Documentation & Compliance: maintain confidential case files, track outcomes, and prepare reports for grants.
• Program Support & Organizational Engagement: contribute to program development, participate in trainings, and support outreach and education activities.
