Job summary

Crossmint is hiring an inbound-focused SDR to qualify leads, nurture early-stage relationships, and route opportunities to AEs. You will own relationships with smaller clients that fit but don’t require heavy deal-making, and engage founders on crypto and stablecoin topics from day one.

The role targets early-career professionals in a hybrid setting in the US, with base salary and stock options included. You will work with a lean GTM team and grow with the role as the company scales.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years in a sales/BD or customer-facing role at a crypto or fintech company.
• Genuine crypto fluency and ability to discuss stablecoins and wallets with founders.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to prioritize without being hand‑held.
• Organized and process‑oriented: you do not let leads fall through the cracks.

Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound leads and route high-value opportunities to the right Account Executives.
• Own the full relationship with smaller clients that are a real fit but do not require complex deal‑making.
• Ensure no leads fall through the cracks through organized, process-oriented follow‑through.
