Job summary

Crossmint is seeking an inbound-focused SDR to qualify leads, route opportunities to AEs, and own relationships with smaller clients. The ideal candidate is early in their career with a strong understanding of crypto, stablecoins, wallets, and blockchain infrastructure.

We offer a hybrid work model in New York City or Miami with base salary and stock options. This role is ideal for someone who can converse credibly with founders and product leads from day one.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a sales, BD, or customer-facing role at a crypto or fintech company.
• Genuine crypto fluency and ability to discuss stablecoins, wallets, and blockchain infrastructure with founders and product leads.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English, clear and direct.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to prioritize without hand-holding.
• Organized and process-oriented; you ensure leads do not fall through the cracks.

Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound leads and route high-value opportunities to Account Executives.
• Own the full relationship with smaller clients that fit but do not require complex deals.
• Ensure no leads fall through the cracks through organized, follow-through.
