Re7 Capital Ltd is seeking a Fund Operations Manager to support our global fund platform, spanning fund operations, DeFi operations, finance and reporting. You will work closely with portfolio management, fund administrators and leadership to ensure precision and scalability as we expand.

The role emphasizes governance, automation, and robust data controls, with responsibility for valuation, investor reporting, audits, onboarding, and cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations experience across Crypto, TradFi or FinTech.
• At least 2 years in Investment Fund Operations or Fund Administration.
• Self-starter with ownership in fast-paced environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to influence across partners.
• Experience with risk management frameworks and incident reporting.

Responsabilités

• Manage fund valuation process with fund administrators and portfolio teams.
• Ensure timely, accurate investor reporting with internal teams.
• Identify and implement process improvements via tooling and automation.
• Coordinate month-end processes and price updates for tokenised funds.
• Oversee fund audit processes and valuation governance.
• Drive data ownership standards and automate reporting packs.
• Support portfolio management through project management and new fund launches.
• Oversee AML/KYC activities with compliance teams.
• Prepare quarterly financial reporting and dashboards for P&L and liquidity.
• Collaborate with senior management on KPIs and strategy.
