Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in cash management, transaction banking, merchant acquiring or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to synthesize complex problems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Understand clients' goals, environments, strategies, and industry trends to identify opportunities for JPMorgan Payments.
• Develop account plans, briefing memos and support relationship reviews with the client service organization.
• Build relationships within Treasury, Product and Operations; engage internal partners to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Coordinate KYC and onboarding documentation and support seamless integration with implementation partners.
• Review transactional data to identify trends, pricing inefficiencies, and provide strategic recommendations.
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and represent client interests.
