ether.fi is seeking a Data Insights & Analytics Lead to turn onchain data into strategic insights for product growth, user retention, and investor engagement. You’ll own dashboards across our Stake, Liquid, and Cash products and collaborate with product, engineering, and growth to drive decisions and surface actionable trends.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in data analysis, data science, or analytics engineering.
• Strong SQL, Dune Analytics, and data visualization skills.
• Experience with onchain data and blockchain analytics.
• Self-sufficient data engineering abilities.
• Excellent communication translating data into decisions.
• Crypto/DeFi passion; open finance experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards tracking TVL, funnels, vault performance, protocol cash flows, and key metrics.
• Analyze onchain data to guide product direction, user incentives, and growth strategies.
• Benchmark ether.fi against competitors and evolving market trends.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to surface analytics in tools and interfaces.
• Support go-to-market planning for new product launches and vault offerings.
• Partner with marketing, BD, and product to improve retention and protocol revenue.
• Prepare protocol-level analyses for investor calls and ecosystem updates.
• Translate complex data into clear narratives for internal and external audiences.
