Job summary

ether.fi is seeking a Data Insights & Analytics Lead to turn onchain data into strategic insights powering product growth, user retention, and investor engagement. You will own dashboards across Stake, Liquid, and Cash, bringing data to life for internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in data analysis, data science, or analytics engineering; crypto/fintech or financial markets preferred.
• Strong command of SQL and data visualization tools.
• Experience with onchain data and blockchain query languages.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards to track TVL, user funnels, vault performance, protocol cash flows, and other key metrics.
• Analyze onchain data to generate insights that guide product direction, user incentives, and growth strategies.
• Benchmark ether.fi performance against competitors and evolving market trends.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to improve how analytics are surfaced across internal tools and user-facing interfaces.
• Contribute to go-to-market planning for new product launches and vault offerings.
• Partner with marketing, BD, and product to track and improve user retention and protocol revenue.
• Prepare protocol-level analysis for quarterly investor calls and ecosystem updates.
• Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for both internal and external audiences.
