Job summary

Coins invites a senior data leader to drive cross-border data strategy and manage data warehousing, governance and BI visualization initiatives. You will lead the BI and Data Engineering teams, coordinate with risk, operations, finance and product to translate data into strategic growth opportunities.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in data analysis/management within fintech, strong SQL and BI tooling skills, and a track record of building scalable data platforms and leading teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of data analysis and data management experience in fintech or cross-border payments.
• Strong commercial data thinking and ability to build analysis frameworks from a business perspective.
• Proven leadership of BI and Data Engineering teams with cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead data-driven strategy across the full business lifecycle of cross-border payments.
• Oversee data warehouse, data middle platform and BI visualization platforms.
• Manage BI and Data Engineering teams; ensure cross‑functional delivery of data needs.
• Collaborate with risk, operations, finance and product to drive growth via data insights.
