Ripple is seeking a seasoned Corporate Development leader in Miami with 10+ years in finance to drive high-impact acquisitions and investments. You will build strategic relationships, perform rigorous due diligence, and shape the future of the digital asset ecosystem.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams in a hybrid on-site/work-from-office setup, guiding complex deals from inception to integration and optimizing outcomes across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, VC, or Corporate Finance.
• Proven ability to build external networks to drive proprietary deal flow.
• Track record of managing multiple complex deals through all phases.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Mastery of financial modeling and valuation.
• Ability to architect creative deal structures in ambiguous spaces.
• Deep domain expertise in blockchain and traditional finance.
• Excellent analytical thinking and collaborative communication.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Market Intelligence: develop perspectives on crypto categories and communicate strategic implications to leadership.
• Cross-Functional Orchestration: engage with Product, Engineering and Go-to-Market teams to qualify opportunities.
• Competitive Analysis: evaluate competitors to inform strategy.
• End-to-End M&A and Investment Leadership: lead acquisitions/investments from needs to business cases.
• Due Diligence & Integration: partner with Finance, Legal, Tax and People teams for diligence and post-deal integration.
• Ecosystem Engagement: build relationships with blockchain entrepreneurs and investors to source opportunities.
• Strategic Partnership: collaborate with Business Development to forge alliances.
• Operational Excellence: develop processes and backtest acquisition performance.
• Qualitative and Quantitative Analyses: provide ad-hoc analyses for planning and integration.
