Ripple is seeking a seasoned Corporate Development leader to drive acquisitions, investments, and strategic partnerships in the global crypto ecosystem. You will lead cross-functional efforts, build robust business cases, and shape Ripple's growth strategy with a data-driven approach.

The role demands 10+ years in corporate development or related fields, strong financial modeling skills, and a network of founders and industry leaders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Venture Capital, or Corporate Finance.
• Proven ability to build external network of founders, CEOs, and key industry players.
• Experience leading multiple complex deals from inception to completion.
• Strong leadership and team-building experience.
• Mastery of financial modeling and valuation.
• Domain expertise in blockchain technology or traditional financial services.

Responsibilities

• Develop market intelligence on key crypto categories and communicate strategic implications to leadership.
• Engage with Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams to qualify opportunities and refine Ripple’s areas of strategic interest.
• Lead end-to-end M&A and investment processes, mapping markets, engaging prospects, and building robust business cases.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Tax, and People teams to drive due diligence and ensure seamless post-deal integration.
• Establish and maintain relationships with the global blockchain community to source opportunities and manage a high-velocity pipeline.
• Collaborate with Business Development to forge alliances that promote Ripple’s core products and services.
• Develop internal processes and artifacts for corporate development, including backtesting acquisition performance against thesis.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses for strategic planning, investing, and integration efforts.
