Job summary

Alpaca is seeking a Content Marketing Manager, Crypto to own content strategy and go-to-market storytelling for its crypto and tokenization products. This role demands crypto-native expertise to translate tokenization concepts into clear narratives for exchanges, issuers, market makers, and institutional partners.

You’ll partner with the crypto product team to support launches, partner announcements, and thought leadership, shaping how the market understands ITN and broader crypto infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in content marketing, content strategy, editorial, or related role, with crypto/Web3 exposure.
• Deep familiarity with crypto market structure, tokenization, and institutional crypto workflows.
• Strong writing and editing skills to simplify complex topics for sophisticated audiences.
• Experience creating go-to-market content for product launches or fintech/crypto products.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with product, compliance, and marketing stakeholders in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Own content strategy for Alpaca’s crypto and tokenization products across B2B and B2C channels.
• Write and edit educational and product-driven content, including launch posts, explainers, blogs, newsletters, and thought leadership on tokenization and digital assets.
• Develop audience-specific messaging for issuers, market makers, exchanges, and institutional partners; maintain a content playbook.
• Collaborate with the crypto product team to translate updates into externally ready content and briefs for GTMs.
• Translate internal product language into externally appropriate messaging for tokenization workflows.
• Work with product, compliance, design, and marketing to ensure accuracy, branding, and timely delivery of content.
• Identify content opportunities based on product priorities, partner launches, and growth goals.
• Improve discoverability and adoption through SEO, content refreshes, and distribution.
