Job summary

Alpaca is seeking a Content Marketing Manager, Crypto to own content strategy and go-to-market storytelling for Alpaca's crypto and tokenization products. This role is ideal for a crypto-native content marketer who can translate tokenization infrastructure and on-chain asset mechanics into clear, compelling narratives for exchanges, issuers, market makers, and other institutional partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of content marketing experience, with crypto/Web3 focus.
• Ability to translate complex crypto concepts into clear narratives for institutional audiences.
• Experience creating GTM content for launches, partnerships, or B2B fintech/crypto products.
• Strong editing and storytelling skills for diverse channels.

Responsibilities

• Own content strategy for Alpaca's crypto and tokenization products across B2B and B2C channels.
• Write and edit educational and product-driven content (launch posts, explainers, blogs, newsletters).
• Develop audience-specific messaging for crypto buyer personas and maintain a content playbook.
• Partner with crypto product team to turn updates into externally ready content, including GTM briefs.
• Translate internal product language into external messaging and ensure accuracy and branding.
• Collaborate with product, compliance, design, and marketing to ship content on time.
• Identify content opportunities based on product priorities and growth goals.
• Improve discoverability and adoption through SEO and distribution.
