Job summary

OpenKrill is seeking a hands-on operations professional to join its crypto-native hedge fund team. You will execute the trade lifecycle, manage wallet operations, and drive process improvements across custody, settlements, and reconciliations.

You’ll partner with trading, technology, and compliance to maintain data accuracy, develop dashboards, and report operational KPIs in a 24/7 market environment. Bachelor's degree required; 5–7 years in related roles preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in operations at a hedge fund, proprietary trading firm, or crypto financial services.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to spot issues in complex datasets.
• Structured thinker who can manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Clear, proactive communication across cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable in 24/7 market environments with shifting priorities.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Execute wallet management workflows across hot, cold, and MPC custody solutions and document staking/bridging daily.
• Own trade lifecycle end-to-end: capture, margin tracking, collateral, settlements, and daily reconciliation.
• Maintain data accuracy across fund admin, prime broker, and custody partners; flag discrepancies.
• Own dashboards, operational reporting, and procedure documentation; support security processes.
• Coordinate compliance procedures and vendor coordination across research, trading, compliance, and tech teams.
• Track KPIs, drive process improvements, and support platform implementation and business continuity testing.
