Job summary

OpenKrill in Europe is seeking a hands-on Treasury Manager to own end-to-end payments across multi-currency cash and crypto accounts. You will build regular reporting for Finance leadership and ensure safeguarding readiness for upcoming e-money licences.

The role combines hands-on operation with process redesign, compliance, and data-driven liquidity management. Remote or hybrid work in a European setup is available, with a clear path to leadership in treasury.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in treasury or payment operations, ideally at a crypto or fintech company.

Responsibilities

• Operational payments: end-to-end invoice and salary payment cycle, including validation, routing, FX and release across banks and EMIs, as well as beneficiary verification, dual authorisation, returns and stuck payments.
