Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end operational lifecycle for trading and investment activity across asset classes including public equity hedge fund strategy and digital asset funds.
• Maintain a systematic reconciliation framework between front and back office records; monitor, record, and reconcile daily trading activity, positions, balances, and transactions across systems.
• Help maintain portfolio management systems, tooling, and reporting infrastructure to improve scalability and efficiency.
• Support PnL attribution, exposure tracking, and risk limit monitoring across portfolios and counterparties.
• Lead onboarding of counterparties including prime brokers, exchanges, OTC market makers, custodians, and banking partners.
• Coordinate settlement activity and resolve operational breaks, discrepancies, and failed trades promptly.
• Produce recurring operational, treasury, and portfolio reporting for internal stakeholders.
• Partner with operations, finance, accounting, compliance, and investment teams to ensure accurate data flows and controls.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and scope process improvements.
• Assist with firm initiatives related to vendors, efficiency, and budget.
