Job summary

Waséyabek Federal Services, LLC (WFS) in Batavia, Illinois, seeks a Cryomidule Technician to support the assembly, installation, testing, and documentation of instrumentation systems used in PIP-II cryomodules. You will work hands-on with electrical assemblies, control interfaces, instrumentation integration, and production testing alongside engineers and technicians.

Qualifications

Demonstrated soldering experience.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics used in industrial control systems.
Experience with standard hand and power tools.
Ability to work safely from ladders and elevated platforms.
Ability to lift up to 15 pounds regularly.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Fabricate, assemble, install, and remove electrical components and subassemblies.
Wire control and instrumentation interface boxes from schematics and drawings.
Route, label, terminate cables, and ensure wiring quality and safety.
Install, connect, and verify instrumentation interfaces and readout systems; support testing.
Document assembly, wiring, testing, and installation activities clearly.
