Job summary

Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases in North Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Test Pad Technician I to support the cryogenic pump test facility. You will assist with installations, operate CPTF instrumentation, perform repairs, and help document test results to ensure equipment functions properly.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and at least 1 year in a similar role, with basic knowledge of electrical and vibration systems, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of experience in a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of low voltage handling, electric motors, instrumentation assemblies and MCC equipment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assists with installations and pulling pumps from tanks.
• Performs service, repair and replacement of CPTF instrumentation, systems and components.
• Assists in the operation of the CPTF.
• Files reports, daily emissions and flare run times.
• Assists with test stand change outs of tanks, columns, valves and pipe sections.
• Helps clean up and organize cables, parts, test jigs, fittings and instruments.
• May work to assist Operations from time to time or as needed.
