Job summary

WestAir Gases and Equipment, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to inspect, maintain, and repair cryogenic supply systems at customer sites across the region. You will troubleshoot bulk and microbulk systems, install telemetry, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, safety focus, and the ability to work independently in the field with occasional travel. A company vehicle is provided along with standard benefits and equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical school or associate degree preferred.
• Experience with cryogenic systems, industrial gases, or related field preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair bulk and microbulk cryogenic systems at customer sites.
• Install and test telemetry and monitoring equipment for safe operation.
• Identify and repair leaks; service regulators, valves, and piping components.
• Operate forklifts/scissor lifts and maintain safety compliance.
• Complete service records and communicate findings with customers and teams.
