Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a service technician in a related industry.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record; CDL B and Hazmat endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions, including electrical and mechanical systems.
• Coordinate with supervisors and sales on new installations and servicing.
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance and prevent issues.
• Communicate with customers to provide updates and address questions.
• Maintain records of service work, parts used, and time spent.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service quality.
• Adhere to safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Operate pumps and equipment on delivery trucks as needed.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry trends.
