Job summary

Responsibilities include planning daily Tech activities, maintaining BGMS data, updating telemetry reports, and handling billing paperwork.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; College or Technical degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative support role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule daily activities of assigned Service Techs to ensure timely responses and minimal travel.
• Maintain BGMS data and train new Techs on its use.
• Monitor and update the daily telemetry report for non-functioning readings.
• Maintain timesheets and process paperwork for permits.
• Code invoices and set up new vendors as needed.
• Track training requirements for all Service Techs.
• Support quarterly cylinder inventories and utilization reports.
