Job summary

Matheson Tri-Gas is seeking a on-site service technician to implement and execute operations for medical and specialty gas needs at the customer's site. You will follow Matheson policies, maintain a safe workplace, monitor locations daily, coordinate deliveries, and support inventory and maintenance activities.

The role requires responding to alarms 24/7, coordinating repairs, and keeping records up to date while communicating with the customer and Matheson management to ensure uninterrupted

Qualifications

• Follow Matheson policies and safety procedures to meet customer requirements.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow safety protocols.
• Monitor locations daily and coordinate deliveries to customer points.
• Operate forklifts and carts for loading/unloading as required.
• Keep inventory records and respond to alarms 24/7 as needed.
• Support maintenance, reporting, and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Execute customer policies and procedures to meet site ops goals.
• Coordinate deliveries to all use points at the customer site.
• Unload/load trucks using carts, pallet jacks, or forklifts.
• Manage inventory through forecasting and order processing.
• Respond to gas/liquid alarms around the clock and arrange repairs.
• Maintain equipment maintenance databases and PM schedules.
• Communicate with customer and Matheson teams on status and issues.
• Ensure policy compliance and participate in safety training as required.
