• Bachelor's degree required with focus in marketing, business management or engineering.
• 3 years of experience in sales, manufacturing or engineering.
• Proven ability to engage with customers professionally and educate on product functionality.

Responsibilities

• Support sales and marketing efforts to maximize sales and market share.
• Define customer and tech services training requirements and assist in training.
• Lead value engineering through product engineering and CI teams.
• Sponsor New Product Development efforts with engineering.
• Manage warranty claims.
• Lead product-related CAPA efforts as appropriate.
• Assist Product Manager with inventory, price decisions, orders and forecasts.
• Assist with development of the strategic plan.
• Utilize S&OP to align product needs with business processes.
