Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Demonstrated supervisory/managerial experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience leading project execution teams in bespoke, made-to-order environments.
• Experience in a matrix organization with indirect leadership influence.
• Proven commercial awareness and customer service experience.
• Experience with rotating equipment.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Turboexpander projects for Chart, directing all resources for successful execution.
• Provide clear goals, responsibilities, and performance feedback to the team.
• Drive continuous improvement to protect margins, improve on-time delivery and cash flow.
• Manage project scope, risk, and resource allocation; mitigate risks.
• Resolve contractual and commercial issues in partnership with Commercial teams.
• Maintain departmental standards and apply best practices across programs.
• Monitor KPIs and report on progress; support cost reduction and quality improvements.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety policies.
