Job summary

Vitrafy Life Sciences is seeking a Senior Field Application Scientist to help clients integrate cryopreservation products into cell-based workflows, optimize thaw processes, and improve cell viability and recovery. You will provide expert pre-sales and post-sales support, while mentoring junior scientists and collaborating with Sales to grow accounts.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in cell biology-focused roles such as Field Application Scientist or similar customer-facing scientific position.
Strong communication and presentation skills; translate complex science into customer value.
Proven ability to support technical sales processes and influence buying decisions.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end cell cryopreservation workflows for customers.
Provide scientific consultation to improve post-thaw viability and recovery.
Collaborate with Sales to identify upsell opportunities and drive account growth.
Lead troubleshooting and provide advanced technical support with cross-functional teams.
Develop training materials for new product introductions and customer onboarding.
