Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of experience in a field service role, preferably within medical devices or life sciences.
• Strong technical skills in electromechanical systems, software troubleshooting, and networking.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to build trust with clinical stakeholders.
• Experience creating technical documentation, service procedures, or training materials.
• Willingness to travel approximately 65% of the time, ~3 weeks per month.
• Ability to lift 50–70 lbs with assistance.

Aufgaben

• Install, commission, troubleshoot, and repair cryopreservation devices at hospitals and labs.
• Diagnose complex issues and drive corrective actions to resolution.
• Educate customers on system operation and preventive maintenance.
• Develop and deliver field training and enablement for engineers.
• Author and maintain service documentation and SOPs.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Product teams to improve devices.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO, and quality systems.
