Job summary

GRTS is partnering with a Tier 1 global manufacturer of mining and mineral processing equipment to recruit a Technical Sales Manager – Crushing for North America. This role combines engineering expertise with a customer-facing commercial focus, concentrating on cone and jaw crushers.

You will support equipment sales across North America, collaborate with regional teams, and advise customers on crusher selection, performance and optimization while traveling extensively to customer sites and

Qualifications

Strong technical knowledge of crushing equipment, especially cone and jaw crushers.
Experience in applications engineering, technical sales, product management, or similar.
Understanding of crushing circuits and equipment selection in mining or aggregates.

Responsibilities

Provide technical expertise to support sale of cone and jaw crushers across North America.
Collaborate with regional account managers to identify opportunities and develop technical solutions.
Advise customers on crusher selection, performance, and optimisation.
Support capital equipment and aftermarket sales opportunities.
Build relationships with mining and aggregates customers through site visits and technical engagement.
Collaborate with engineering, product management and commercial teams to deliver crushing solutions.
