Open-Network-Exchange in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a driven Cruise Vacation Planner to join our expanding sales team. In this full-time role, you will close cruises, build a profitable book of business, and deliver world-class guest experiences while earning uncapped commissions.

You'll use consultative selling techniques, manage customer data accurately, and collaborate with leadership to meet and exceed monthly sales goals. Base pay is complemented by incentives and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ sales experience.
• Proficient computer skills including web browsing.
• Organized and self-motivated.
• Comfortable making outbound and taking inbound calls.
• Strong communication to explain products and services.
• Able to succeed in a performance and commission-driven environment.
• Passion for helping customers and company growth.
• Salesforce experience is a plus.
