Elite Escapes is seeking a Remote Cruise Planner (Sales-Focused) to turn travel aspirations into confirmed sailings. You will combine destination knowledge, service excellence, and a consultative sales approach to match travelers with ships, itineraries, cabins, and onboard experiences.

You will engage clients by chat, email, and phone, guiding decisions, handling bookings, and resolving questions with care.

Formación

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Sales-focused approach to turning inquiries into bookings.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple quotes and follow-ups.
• Ability to guide clients to decisions with a consultative mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Connect with clients to understand destinations, travel style, budget, dates, group size, and cruise must-haves.
• Recommend cruise line, ship, itinerary, stateroom, dining package, shore excursions, and add-ons.
• Turn inquiries into confirmed cruise vacations via email, chat, and phone with energy and a client-first approach.
• Explain cruise options clearly, including cabins, deposits, payment plans, travel protection, and port requirements.
• Handle booking details, special requests, changes, payments, upgrades, and pre-cruise questions with professionalism.
• Resolve concerns quickly, supporting clients from first quote through embarkation and return home.
• Share cruise insights—best sailings for families, romantic itineraries, ports, promotions.
• Build post-booking relationships for repeat sailings, referrals, and loyalty.
