Polynesian Adventure is seeking a Cruise Ship Coordinator to join our Honolulu operations. This full-time clerical role supports cruise tour programs, liaises with cruise lines and shore staff, and coordinates itineraries and dispatch data.

Travel to outer islands may be required; strong customer service, communication, and time-management skills are essential. Proficiency with Google Workspace, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint is expected.

Formación

• Two years in Hawaii visitor industry preferred.
• Excellent customer service and guest relations skills are required in this role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates all aspects of cruise tour programs with cruise line, vessel and operations team.
• Maintains open communication with cruise ship shore excursion staff.
• Monitors, inputs and follows up on cruise tour orders.
• Coordinates with local venues in conjunction with tour itineraries.
• Assists in creating new and innovative tour itineraries for cruise ship passengers.
• Quality checks advance bookings; updates/completes any missing information.
• Reconciles shore excursion settlement forms.
• Approves and sends invoices for Cruise Ship clients in a timely manner.
• Enters tour details and itineraries into dispatch software.
• Establishes and maintains client relationships with priority on client needs.
