Job summary

Pacific Journey Consulting is seeking a Cruise & Resort Specialist to help clients research, plan, and book cruise vacations and resort experiences. You will assist with itineraries, accommodations, transportation, excursions, and other activities, coordinating reservations and providing recommendations.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, enjoy travel planning, and are comfortable working remotely with a flexible schedule and opportunities for growth in the travel industry.

Responsibilities

• Research and plan cruise and resort options for clients
• Book cruises, hotels, resorts, transportation, and vacation packages
• Communicate with clients to understand travel preferences, budgets, and needs
• Provide cruise, resort, and destination recommendations
• Research excursions, activities, and additional travel experiences
• Manage reservations and assist with travel changes when needed
