Job summary

SMS International Shore Operations US, Inc. seeks courteous part-time staff to welcome cruise guests at the Philadelphia cruise terminal. Responsibilities include check-in, guest assistance, wheelchair escort, luggage help, and documenting guest information.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, 1+ year in customer service/logistics, and strong English and computer skills. Availability on Thursdays and weekends is required; TWIC cards are required to work but not at

Qualifications

• Minimum of one-year experience in a customer service/logistics environment.
• Strong English communication skills required.
• Strong computer/tablet skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist cruise guests at the terminal.
• Direct guests through check-in areas and assist with transfers.
• Escort guests needing wheelchair assistance during embarkation and debarkation.
• Handle luggage location assistance and lost luggage forms when needed.
• Verify travel documents and register guests in the system.
