You will train and supervise staff, manage inventory and equipment, uphold safety standards, and coordinate with housekeeping and food service to deliver timely laundry services while maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality-related training preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, cruise ship or hotel setting ideal.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day shipboard laundry operations, ensuring efficiency and guest satisfaction.
