Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings (NCLH) is seeking a Hotel Operations Analyst to provide analytical support across housekeeping, guest services, laundry, print shop, and hotel programs on board ships. The role liaises with multiple departments to ensure systems, equipment, and tools are available to shipboard teams.

You will assist with data collection, budgeting, and capital purchases, helping optimize workflows and reporting across the fleet. Strong MS Office and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years cruise ship or hotel management experience.
• Strong MS Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Assist with data collection and pivot tables to track equipment levels.
• Support budgeting analysis and capital project reviews for ships.
• Review monthly OSO expenditures by vessel.
• Coordinate C-PAR submissions and requisition details.
• Oversee purchasing processes from submission to delivery.
• Track equipment needs and manage inventories across the fleet.
