Job summary

American Cruise Lines is hiring Servers for the 2026 cruising season. You will work in the shipboard hotel and restaurant, delivering outstanding hospitality and representing the brand.

This is a temporary position aboard for up to 28 weeks, with wages per week and bonuses, plus covered travel, room and board, uniforms, and training. Responsibilities include delivering an elegant dining experience, setting up service areas, assisting with galley orders, and supporting embarkation and event

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• U.S. citizen or Green Card holder.
• Pre-employment drug test required for all shipboard employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience.
• Set up and break down meals and service areas for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktail hour.
• Attend to guests, present menus, and answer questions about menu items.
• Relay orders to galley and serve courses and beverages with care and presentation.
• Assist with embarkation greetings and serve afternoon teas, snacks, and evening entertainment as needed.
