Responsibilities

Provide exceptional hospitality to guests and coworkers as prescribed in Our RESPECT Service System.
Follow beverage recipes accurately; maintain knowledge of all offerings and prices.
Deliver prompt, consistent bar service to guests and servers on the cruise.
Set up and break down bar; stock according to par specifications and keep area clean.
Maintain cleanliness and safety of bar, equipment, and service areas.
Charge guests accurately; process orders in POS and handle payments.
