Job summary

Hornblower Group's City Experiences division is hiring a Bartender for on-board service. You will mix high-quality beverages, provide prompt, friendly service at guest bars, and be knowledgeable about the vessel and skyline.

Requirements include a high school diploma, at least one year of bartending experience, strong knowledge of beverage recipes, and solid customer service and computer skills. You must be available nights, weekends and major holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of bartending experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of beverage recipes.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Working knowledge of computer skills, including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality to guests and coworkers as per RESPECT Service System.
• Follow beverage recipes and maintain knowledge of offerings and prices.
• Deliver prompt bar service to guests and servers aboard the cruise.
• Set up and break down bar; stock according to par specifications; maintain cleanliness.
• Ensure accurate charges and POS entries for onboard purchases.
• Provide beverage and cruise information to guests and assist with navigation.
