Job summary

ISMIRA Agency is actively recruiting for an Assistant Server to join Carnival Cruise Line. The role covers three dining services aboard, including team dining, room service, and bistro service, with focus on guest satisfaction and upholding Carnival standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years old
• At least high intermediate level of English
• Relevant working experience as described for each position

Responsibilities

• Be prompt for all duties as per Company’s standard
• Groom yourself meticulously and present a smile while guest service
• Carry the tools of the trade
• Study and follow USPH standards
• Follow garbage separation procedures and environmental policies onboard
• Follow all tasks requested by management
• Study all menus and maintain high service quality
• Maintain dining room standards and station setup for meals
• Provide hot and cold beverage service during meals
