Crew Life at Sea Ltd. seeks an experienced Retail Manager to lead the onboard retail team across sales associates, supervisors, and support staff, ensuring top service, sales performance, and operational efficiency.

You will develop and execute sales strategies, promotions, and merchandising plans to drive revenue, monitor KPIs, manage inventories, and coordinate with marketing, guest services, and entertainment to enhance guest experience and sales.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field.
Experience in cruise, hospitality, or luxury retail with a track record of meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
Proven ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to drive performance.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the retail team to ensure top service, sales performance, and operational efficiency.
