Job summary

EFFY Jewelry welcomes a Boutique Manager or Assistant Manager to lead a retail team aboard cruise ships within HFDF (Hematian Family Duty Free). You will oversee daily boutique operations, coach staff, and engage guests to drive sales.

You will be integral to inventory, pricing, and guest experience, ensuring top-tier service and targets are met on every voyage. This role blends hands‑on selling with team leadership at sea.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a team as a store manager, assistant manager, department manager, or retail supervisor.
• Proven sales leadership and coaching abilities to meet or exceed targets.
• Strong guest service orientation with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate retail team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Coach team on selling techniques, upselling, and closing on the sales floor.
• Build relationships with guests and resolve concerns with professionalism and care.
• Oversee inventory, merchandising, pricing accuracy, and POS operations.
• Manage staff schedules, support team development, and address staff concerns.
• Monitor sales results and prepare reports on boutique performance, inventory, and staffing.
• Collaborate with cruise line leadership and shoreside team on events, promotions, and daily operations.
• Maintain company and cruise line standards for safety, security, and compliance.

About the Role

As a Boutique Manager or Assistant Manager, within HFDF(Hematian Family Duty Free), our general retail division, you’ll lead a team in a hands‑on role combining team development, sales management, guest service, and boutique operations. You’ll coach your team, work directly with guests, and oversee the daily details that keep the boutique running smoothly. Your ability to lead by example and turn sales goals into results will directly contribute to the boutique’s success throughout each voyage.

Key Responsibilities

• Approachable, professional, and attentive to the needs of guests and colleagues
• Organized, adaptable, and able to balance team leadership with hands‑on selling
• Accountable for results and proactive in identifying ways to improve performance
