Hornblower Corp is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead the front-of-house team aboard our scenic vessel, delivering memorable dining experiences while ensuring safety and smooth service.

You will train and coach staff, oversee food and beverage service, and monitor guest feedback to maintain high quality and guest satisfaction. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required, with schedules based on business needs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of guest service supervisory experience.
  • Ability to lead front-of-house teams and deliver memorable dining experiences.
  • Experience with POS systems and restaurant technology; SERV Safe and TIPS preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and support front-of-house staff to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
  • Oversee food and beverage service while maintaining quality and guest satisfaction standards.
  • Train and develop team members on exceptional service, cleanliness, and safety practices.
  • Monitor sales, inventory, guest feedback, and operational performance.
  • Resolve guest concerns professionally and ensure a positive experience.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
  • Partner with management to improve service, performance, and profitability.
  • Assist with recruiting and onboarding new team members.
  • Support daily cruise execution and complete additional duties as assigned.
