Job summary

Lindblad Expeditions is seeking a Specialist, Additional Services (SAS) to manage guest requests for hotel stays, internal air arrangements, and upgrades, coordinating with vendors and internal teams to ensure accurate reporting and timely execution.

You will oversee inventory, confirm bookings, and maintain knowledgebase docs while delivering exceptional support to guests and travel advisors in a fast-paced cruise environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in travel, hospitality, or related operations.
• Experience handling time-sensitive guest or customer requests.
• Experience with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to manage inventory commitments and deadlines.
• Experience preparing detailed operational reports and manifests.
• Strong organization, prioritization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage contracts on attrition, cancellations, and inventory release with vendors.
• Monitor guest waitlists and process service requests promptly.
• Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams for guest requests.
• Generate and distribute hotel and air manifests to vendors and partners.
