Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in travel or guest services.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Written and verbal English proficiency.
• Ability to build rapport with guests onboard.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell future expeditions to guests onboard.
• Engage guests during meals and shore excursions.
• Deliver onboard presentations and one-on-one consultations.
• Promote onboard marketing campaigns.
• Handle bookings and coordinate with reservations ashore.
• Collaborate with Expedition Leader, Hotel Manager, and shoreside teams.
• Track sales metrics and report to management.
